Process
- Identify end user and government entity needs through technology and business network – projects already identified include installation of water vending machines
- Form joint ventures with Indian companies and license Israeli technology to fill the Indian companies’ purchase orders in a manner consistent with the Make In India initiative
- Generate revenue for the joint ventures on a transaction basis with initial product shipments – and use leverage created to acquire equity, warrants, and most favored nation status with both Israeli and Indian companies
- Provide an exit strategy by increasing the valuation of joint ventures, as well as Israeli and Indian companies in which the Group has ownership
